I have been an athlete all my life and love nothing more than moving and strengthening my body. My full-circle approach to wellness comes from an underlying belief in bio-individuality. I believe that each and every person has unique needs -- that personal differences in anatomy, metabolism, and body composition all influence overall health in what makes you feel your best.

I am a wellness coach, personal trainer, and yoga instructor. I've spent nearly a decade creating individualized health programs for clients including personalized one-on-one programs tailored to the client’s goals to my most recent fun and functional 30 minute online live classes. 

As a nutritional consultant, my obsession with integrative health is a personal one. In 2003, after many months of struggling with extreme fatigue, and dry itchy skin outbreaks, I was diagnosed with the auto-immune disorder psoriasis. My personal journey toward recovery ultimately led me to nutritional nourishment and integrative wellness as a means for healing. It was around that time that I knew intuitively that I needed to take control of my health through all things I put in my body - physically, spiritually, and nutritionally.

I wholeheartedly believe that wellness is a deeply individualized journey. With my approach that includes an equal dose of fitness, functional nutrition, and mental mindfulness, my goal is to create accessible wellness plans for anyone seeking to become a healthier being.

As a former NFL cheerleader for the Washington Redskins, I was able to continue dancing and training my body to be in top performance mode through two seasons. I loved pushing my body to be strong and flexible at the same time, while cheering for my home team from the sidelines! (8 year old Barbie would be so proud!) 

I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, the Athletics and Fitness Association of America and a certified yoga instructor through Yoga Alliance (among other specialty certifications). Some things I love? Traveling and seeing the different corners of the world, and you can often find me on the beach and playing with my pup Hudson.
