Shopper’s Guide to Produce
How do you know when to buy organic or generic? Does it really matter?
Ideally, we would all always buy organic produce because who wants to constantly risk eating the chemical laden stuff? We intake plenty of toxins throughout our day in our environment without eating them.
But as we all know, buying organic comes at a cost so to help you save money and shop smarter, the Environmental Working Group puts for guidelines on this very subject called “The Shopper’s Guide to Pesticides in Produce” to help consumers know which are more prone to lots of pesticides and which we can get away with buying non-organic.
